Welcome to this website of Satguru Foundation. We make our policy on refund and cancellation for donations received for the social cause public on payment gateway as under:
- No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor through the online payment gateway will be entertained.
- No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
- Once the donation is received for a cause, it will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation is to be made. The donation will be used for Education, Medical needs, Women empowerment, Community development.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for courses/sessions:
Satguru Foundation offers various courses services through the website including but not limited to Yoga Sessions, Meditation Courses, Spiritual Sessions. Cancellation & Refund policy for these courses are as below:
- 80% refund up to 7 days before the start date of class/session.
- 50% refund up to 4 days before the start date of class/session. No refunds thereafter.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for services:
Satguru Foundation offers online booking for performing Dharmic rituals through Dharmaseva services as available on our website. Cancellation & Refund policy for these services are as below:
- 50% refund up to 7 days before the actual date of the ritual/Vidhi.
- 30% refund up to 4 days before the start date of class/session. No refunds thereafter.
