Spirituality is the Ultimate path for world peace

USA : Parliament of World’s Religions 2023 was held from 14th -17 th Aug 2023 at Chicago USA with participation of more than 200 traditions, around 80 nations and thousands of attendees coming together to answer the call to conscience and stressed the importance in today’s world of ‘Defending Freedom & Human Rights’, the title theme of the convention.

It is a moment of Pride for India and Goa that Padmashri Pujya sadguru Brahmeshanand swamiji addressed the Parliament of world religions as a Speaker . Sadguruji marked “Spirituality is the Ultimate path for World Peace “ spiritual practices help society to achieve inner peace, and inner peace can often be a byproduct of one’s spiritual journey. This is because spirituality and inner peace both involve a level of self-awareness and introspection. As a result spirituality is the only solution to bring world peace.

His Holiness sadguruji addressed The effects of Climate change. Things that we depend upon and value — water, energy, transportation, wildlife, agriculture, ecosystems, and human health are experiencing the effects of a changing climate. Importance of five elements and their balance to be maintained globally.

Sadguruji highlighted the importance related to freedom of Indigenous Communities. Indigenous peoples are the holders of unique languages, knowledge systems and beliefs and possess invaluable knowledge of practices for the sustainable management of natural resources.

Sadguruji attended All faith seminary as a hindu spiritual leader and Expressed importance of Value based education system & respect towards all beings in sanatan hindu dharma .

As the most revered religious leaders from India also represented Sanatan Dharma at the Parliament of World’s Religions to deliver the message of spirituality, peace and harmony. Pujya sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya swamiji – As Ambassador of peace and Spiritual Leader was Honoured by Dr.Hong tao tze, President of the federation of World Peace and Love at Parliament of world religion for Spreading Peace and Harmony.

His Holiness recognition as a Padma Shri awardee for spirituality and his role as an ambassador of peace indeed got connected with audiences from the Asian part of the world towards the largest platform of worlds religions.

Parliament of World Religions (PoWR) has emerged as the biggest interfaith movement in the world after it was revived in 1993, a century after its first convening in Chicago in 1893, made world famous by the sensational speech by Swami Vivekananda.
This week over 6,500 people from 95 countries belonging to over 200 religious-spiritual groups ranging from Hindu , Christian , Buddhists, Muslims to Zoroastrians attended this massive event at the cavernous McCormick Place convention center in the Windy City. An estimated 500 people have flown in from India to attend this event at Chicago .
Gurumata Adv. Brahmideviji – President Satguru Foundation, India and Dr. Swapnil Nagvekar – President International Sadguru Foundation – UAE council, were the panelists for parallel session held at Parliament of worlds religion a Chicago and represented Shree Datta Padmanabh peeth at International platform .

The convention was opened by the Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson. Rashad Husain, US ambassador-at-large for religious freedom, said the US strives to protect religious freedom for all everywhere in the world. Dignitaries who sent video messages included UN Secretary General António Guterres, and US Senator Dick Durbin.
The Parade of Faiths on Sunday was another colorful affair with hundreds of people from different faith groups marching near the convention venue.

At The conclusion Nitin ajmera the chair of 2023PoWR put it, not an ending, but an awakening.

Opening plenary of Parliament of The World’s Religions

USA : Opening ceremony of Parliament of World’s Religions 2023 was held on 14th Aug 2023 at Chicago USA. International Spiritual Leader Padma Shri Awardee Pujya Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji is invited at the Parliament of World’s Religions 2023 at Chicago, USA to share insights related to Spirituality and Peace.

Parliament of the World’s Religions is being hosted from 14th Aug to 18th Aug 2023 with participation of 200 + traditions, 80 + nations and thousands of attendees coming together to answer the call to conscience.

It is a moment of Pride for India as the most revered religious leaders from India are representing Sanatan Dharma at the Parliament of World’s Religions to deliver the message of spirituality, peace and harmony. The Parade of Faiths at Chicago

Padma Shri Awardee Pujya Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji attended the Parade of Faiths is a pre-Parliament event that celebrates Chicago’s rich diversity with a parade with participation of various spiritual – cultural communities and local faith before the opening of the 9th Convening of the Parliament of the World’s Religions from 14th Aug to 18th Aug 2023.
Pujya Swamiji’s presence at the Parliament of World’s Religions 2023 is a matter of pride for the Goan community. He has been invited to represent India and Sanatan Dharma’s eternal path on the global stage, alongside more than 200 traditions and over 80 nations. This gathering will see the participation of thousands of attendees who aim to address matters of conscience. Pujya Swamiji will engage with global interfaith leaders from around the world.

On August 17th, 2023, Pujya Swamiji is scheduled to share profound insights on the theme “The Ultimate Path to World Peace: Spirituality” at the Parliament of the World’s Religions. Joining him as panelists for parallel sessions will be Gurumata Adv. Brahmi Deviji, the President of the International Sadguru Foundation in India, and Dr. Swapnil Nagvekar, the President of the International Sadguru Foundation UAE council. This event signifies a significant opportunity for the exchange of ideas and dialogue among diverse religious and spiritual perspectives.

Adv. Brahmadevi awarded National Ahilyadevi Holkar Award

Pune: Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth, Pithadiswarashwar and Spiritual Dharma Guru, Padma Shri Vibhushan Dharmabhushan Sadguru Brahmesanandacharya Swamiji’s Divine Guidance Women Ved-vedushi, Women, priests, Women sanskar camp, Women empowerment and women’s union. While working for women, Adv. Brahmadevi is leading national and international level. Taking into account the leadership of such women, the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Dharmapeeth in Pune took care of it. Brahmadevi was honored with the “Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar National Award” for women’s strength. The award was organized at Acharya Atre Rang Mandir, Pune.

On this occasion, Shanta Akka Kumari – Director National Service Committee, Usha Singh Thakur – Culture, Religious and Tourism Minister Madhya Pradesh, Sarita Rajathakur – Secretary Devi Ahilya Temple Nagpur etc. The dignitaries were present.

 

UAE council celebrates swamiji’s Padmashri award

International Sadguru Foundation UAE Council commemorates the Padmashri celebration in Abu Dhabi on 18th June 2022 as a mark of honor towards Padma Shri awardee International Spiritual leader Sadguru Brahmeshand Acharya Swamiji.

 

His Holiness Sadguru ji blessed and addressed the event by acknowledging the contributions of the Indians all over UAE and across the world for promoting and building themselves strongly by carrying forward the Indian cultural heritage and continuing the legacy to the next generation by preserving Spirituality as core for the life. We all must understand and make up our mind for building spiritual aspects in our life” addressed by Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharaya Swamiji

 

The eminent dignitaries Jitendra vaidhyaji -President Indian people Forum (IPF)-UAE, Shri Pranav Dessaiji-Director of BAPS Hindu Mandir, Shri Bharat Sevak -Director Irvex Management consultancy were present for the occassion. International Satguru Foundation President Adv. Brahmidevi ji addressed the occasion appreciating the people all over UAE for preserving our culture for years.
International Sadguru foundation-UAE Council expressed and offered token of love at the lotus feet during the Padma Shri celebration. Pujya Sadguru ji was welcomed by Milan Mahadev Fadte. The event began with recital of Shree Ganapati Stotram by Samarth and Raj Nagvekar. Medha Paresh Halarnkar performed Sadguru Pujan followed by prayers. The event concluded with National Anthems of UAE and India .Vote of thanks was proposed by council member Shri Dinesh Lamgaonkar.

Yoga for Humanity

The 8th International Day of Yoga was celebrated at Shree Kshetra Tapobhumi Gurupeeth and various places in Goa under the divine guidance of international Yog Guru, Padma Shri awardee H. H. Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji. Yoga sessions were held throughout the day at various places in Goa, Raj Bhavan, District Collector’s Office, temples, schools, colleges, halls, institutions, and government offices as well as in districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day is conducted every year by Satguru Foundation in various educational institutions, villages, hospitality centres, industrial firms, organizations etc. It is celebrated at more than 500 places every year. More than 200 Yoga instructors and demonstrators have been trained till today.

In an age of highly dynamic and competitive world in addition with stress and responsibilities people tend to ignore their health. Stress can affect one’s work performance, social life and also relationship with family members.

Yoga offers an effective method of managing and reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.Keeping in cognizance, we proactively focus on organising yoga programs across states in villages, schools, panchayats, public places, etc for all age groups. Special Yoga programmes are organised for women in rural areas.

Yoga sessions are also held at school/college level. Through these programmes candidates from schools, especially remote areas are identified for National and International Yog Championships and are trained to participate in these events.

We have been celebrating International Yoga Day every year at more than 500 places. On the occasion, Yoga sessions are conducted for students including primary, high school & colleges. Also camps are organised for government staff, self-help groups, and industrial organisations. Looking at the demand for Yoga practices sessions are also conducted for tourists coming to Goa.

We have achieved success in delivering yoga programs in the modern world and prove to be very helpful for thousands of people to cope up their stress and other mental as well as physical problems.

Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha

Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha is a phrase in Sanskrit which means ‘may all living beings live happily driving away all the sufferings.’ Revolving around this thought, Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha event was organized by Satguru Foundation to provide intellectual and divine guidance by internationally recognized spiritual master, Ambassador of Peace His Holiness Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji. This event mainly aimed at enlightening the minds of youngsters towards attaining inner peace in this present day busy modern world. The programme marked the participation of not less than thousands of professionals from different fields.

Through this event we aim to develop one’s ability to take decisions, to build up leadership qualities, create self-awareness, and improve vision towards life. It serves to guide how to deal ethically in professional life and maintain work life balance. The motive of the event was to enlighten the professionals on how well they can contribute in national and overall mankind development by giving utmost respect to nature. A spiritual discourse for supreme balance between materialism and mental peace. Meditation has been a basic concept of self-development and such sessions of techniques of meditation are conducted through this event which helps boost mental health.

The youths are the future of this world. Perceptions of youth itself decide whether this world will live peacefully or not. We believe that youth are the seeds who can raise this world towards positivity and harmony. We aim to direct and safeguard young minds with a shield of spirituality and positive etiquettes. We also conduct interactive questionnaire sessions, guidance sessions, seminars through this events.

 

 

Kumbh Conclave

“India is moving ahead with a revolution in the field of spirituality. Organizing of events such as Kumbh conclave, has changed the image of Goa.” – His Holiness Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji.

Wisdom, percept, dialogues enriched thinker’s meet in Goa – THE KUMBH CONCLAVE was organized by Satguru Foundation in association with India Think Tank Council. Goa Department of Art & culture, Goa University, Museum of Goa  were co-partners of this event. Researchers,  Postgraduate students, scholars, policy experts and social entrepreneurs from across India and abroad participated in the conclave for discussion on the topics like Indian cultural Heritage & economy, Vedic Studies in India, Kumbh & Indian economy, spiritual economy. More than 100 schools and colleges of Goa participated in the conclave.

For creating awareness of our ancient but much more advanced Vedic culture, the discussion forums like ‘Kumbha Conclave’ are been conducted time to time. Such conclaves are thought boosters for today’s generation. This event touches the topics like – Festivals in India: a Unifying Thread of our civilization & cultural diversity, Importance of Kumbh, Spiritual Economy – Soft power & Global Peace. It also gives opportunity and platform for Goan scholars to share their thoughts with great Indian thinkers.
